PNU Vice President for Academics and concurrent RCTQ Director Dr. Jennie Jocson is this year’s recipient of the Bravo Empowered Women Award in the field of education.

The Zonta Club of Makati and Environs and Security Bank presented the award to Dr. Jocson at the awarding ceremony on 27 July 2023, in Makati City. She received the award along with seven other accomplished women:

  1. Celia Alicia Baltazar Elumba for Arts, Culture, and Heritage;
  2. Lourdes Landayan Delos Reyes for Business/Entrepreneurship;
  3. Cheryll Ruth R. Soriano for Media and Pubic Affairs;
  4. Rebecca R. Angeles for Social Services;
  5. Atty. Maria Caterina Cristina R. Lopa for Sports,
  6. Dr. Rose Marie O. Mendoza for STEM; and
  7. Mryna Dizon Segismundo for Tourism and Hospitality.

The Bravo Empowered Women Awards recognizes eight women every two years who have demonstrated success in their careers and personal advocacies, and an unwavering commitment to leadership and service.
