RCTQ supports NEAP in onboarding newly-hired personnel
RCTQ provided technical assistance to the National Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP) in the conduct of the onboarding program for Batch 3 of newly-hired personnel last May 17-20, 2021.
RCTQ collaborated with NEAP in the design of the program, and the development and refinement of support and presentation materials.
The onboarding introduced participants to the overall structure of the Department of Education (DepEd) and the ‘transformed’ NEAP, as well as its mandate, vision, mission and core values. It also provided them guidance on the implementation of relevant CSC and DepEd rules and regulations such as the Performance Management System, Personnel Actions, among others.
It was participated in by the newly-hired NEAP personnel: 33 from the Central Office (CO) and two from the Regional Offices (RO). The four-day activity concluded with the newly-hired staff officially commencing their new roles.
RCTQ has been assisting NEAP in the organizational transformation as indicated in DepEd Order No. 011, s. 2019 or the Implementation of the NEAP Transformation. (Liz Carpio/RCTQ)
