For eight years now, RCTQ has been actively working on education reforms in the Philippines with the technical guidance from the University of New England in Australia and the administrative and overall leadership of the Philippine Normal University where its operations are mainly based. PNU has nurtured RCTQ to continue growing as a high-impact research organization dedicated to advancing policy reforms on teacher quality.

On 1 September 2020, RCTQ joins the academic community in celebrating the 119th founding anniversary of an institution that is instrumental in making so many dreams and aspirations become reality.
