RCTQ, along with the other partner organizations of the Basic Education Sector Transformation (BEST) Program, joined in the BEST Appreciation Night held at The Chardonnay by Astoria in Pasig on April 23, 2019.

Participants celebrated the success of BEST-funded projects in 2018-2019 with socialization, games, and inspiring stories from participants about their memorable involvement in BEST-funded projects.

Dr. Alison Atwell, the Team Leader of BEST, expressed her gratitude and appreciation to the partner organizations for the strong support extended to BEST. In response, Dr. Gina O. Gonong, Director of RCTQ, spoke about the generosity of BEST for reaching out to RCTQ as the latter expressed the same.

The night ended with so much hope to transform better the basic education in the country.
